iPoint and Development International released a comprehensive benchmark report on California's Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (CA-TISC), with the Forward written by Julia Ormond.
Overall, the study found improvements on all fronts: greater levels of anti-slavery compliance, greater disclosure rates, and a greater number of more in-depth disclosures overall. The increased compliance not only demonstrates how laws like CA-TISC can be effective, but also that slave labor is getting increased scrutiny around the world.
